Euchre Fun Beats February Cabin Fever - Friday, February 17th
Time to get out of the house! Join us for an evening of cards and camaraderie at 7 PM on Friday, February 17th at the Howell Main Office (3rd floor community room). More than just cards, you’ll enjoy snacks, soft drinks and laughs as well as some fun prizes. Don’t play Euchre? Join in the fun anyway and start to learn a fun new card game.
Sister’s Easter Catechism – Brighton Center for the Performing Arts - Saturday, March 24th
Enjoy an evening at the theatre without leaving our wonderful community! Join us on Saturday, March 24th at 7 PM for this wonderful production. Just $16 per person for you and your guest(s) – that’s a $10 savings per ticket! Limited seating, so reserve early.
Holland Tulip Time Festival - Wednesday, May 9th 2012
In Holland we’ll enjoy a fun filled day at the Tulip Time Festival.
Our first stop will be to pick up a Dutch-costumed guide who will talk to us about the historic areas, city parks, Hope College, Tulip lanes, and of course, a magnificent view of the windmill. Next, we will stop at the Dutch Marketplaats for some time on your own to wander and experience the crafts, costumes, food, and entertainment.
Be sure to get a snack before we venture on over to see the Volksparade, where we will enjoy prime seating for the bands, floats, and Dutch Dance groups as they “klomp” along the route in their wooden shoes!
We will then enjoy a home cooked buffet meal of hot entrees, vegetables, salad, potato, roll and dessert, before heading over to watch “Singing with Sinatra”, a performance by the Holland Chorale.
You won’t want to miss this first trip of 2012 with The Livingston First Club! We will make memories to share and have a great day!
