Bill Anderson – A veteran Livingston County banker, Bill alone provides 40 years of experience to First National’s Business Lending Team. He is an active community supporter having served on the Brighton Board of Education along with leadership roles with the March of Dimes, Brighton Rotary and the Livingston County Planning Commission. “Helping businesses with the resources and capital they need to thrive and grow is what I do” is how Bill describes his daily routine. Bill and his wife live in Brighton and are proud parents to three grown children. An ardent Michigan fan and supporter, Bill can be found on the sidelines at the Big House on home Saturdays as part of the 'game-day management team'.
Dorothy Harrison – A staple on First National’s Business Lending Team since 2007, Dorothy’s experience as a Commercial Loan Associate, Credit Analyst and Business Banking Specialist now serve her and her clients well in her role as a Commercial Lender. Dorothy describes what she likes most about her role, “Working with clients is a great experience. It’s exciting to help local business owners get the capital they need to nurture and grow their business.” She is a loyal ‘Sparty’ alum and fan. Dorothy enjoys playing euchre, bowling, tailgating and spending time with family and friends. Dorothy and her husband, both originally from Livingston County and Brighton High School graduates, make their home in Fowlerville.
George King – George plays a key role in the success of First National’s Business Lending Team and has done so since 2008. He brings a keen insight to the team and customers that is developed from years of working with clients to deliver the financing and capital they need to succeed. George is a genuine team player – a trait developed playing the consummate team sport of basketball from his youth all the way to the collegiate level. A feat that illustrates his discipline and commitment, he takes pride in delivering at that same level for his clients. George is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys coaching his young sons and their teams. George and his family make their home in Brighton.
Paul Michon - The most recent addition to the First National Business Lending Team, he is no business lending rookie. Paul's seasoned experience as a credit analyst helps him quickly understand a commercial credit customer's needs and challenges. "Building a borrowing package that is practical and makes sense for a client's business and situation is part art and part science. First National strives for that balance every day and so do I." Paul and his wife enjoy MSU tailgates, concert-going and travel. Ask Paul about his home-brewing too.
Mark Nowacki – Mark’s clients appreciate how he applies his practical capability and know-how to their business needs and situation. He welcomes the opportunity to bring that same can-do attitude to help grow your business. Mark also has significant experience and responsibility working with clients facing challenges servicing their debt.Doing so has provided him with a very unique understanding and knowledge of howto work through such occurrences and how to prevent them. When he is not applying his unique skillset helping businesses nurture their growth, he enjoys boating, snowmobiling, dirt bike riding, and UM athletics. Mark and his family make their home in Clarkston.
Lee Panagiotides– Lee’s commercial banking experience is second to none. She is an accomplished and professional commercial banker. She has been responsible, at one point or another,for most every facet of commercial real estate lending during banking career that spans more than 25 years. The result is Lee’s well-honed commercial real estate knowledge and expertise that she shares with every one of her clients. It’s sharing her special brand of wisdom, prudence and judgment with clients and working with them to realize their goals and objectives that Lee finds most rewarding. The consummate career woman, Lee finds great fulfillment from her professional responsibilities but she knows getting away from it at times is important too. She enjoys time with her four children and their families, golf and travel. Lee and her family, formerly of Plymouth Township, make their home in South Lyon.
Joe Petrucci – Joe is a ‘go to’ resource on the First National Business Lending Team and within the community. He knows the local economic landscape well – the result of 38 years of banking expertise – 19 right here in Livingston County. It is for this reason that Joe believes, “First National understands local businesses better than banks that only have branches here. We are all about building relationships because our customers are our neighbors, not a number on a piece of paper.” Joe and his wife are longtime Hartland Township residents. He is very active in a variety of community, civic and governmental roles. As former band member who played a mean bass guitar and trumpet, Joe still enjoys all types of music.
Marty Smith – As First National's 'Senior Lender', Marty oversees the Business Banking Team and the bank's efforts to provide the right borrowing solutions for you and your business. Whether your business is in manufacturing, wholesale, service, IT or the construction sector, Marty and his team stand ready to assist. Keenly aware of the critical role financing plays in the success of any venture, he can help from planning and start-up to expanding your enterprise. Marty brings a wealth of banking expertise and insight to the Senior Leadership Team at First National along with a continued commitment community banking - where the best decisions are made face-to-face and based on common sense bank solutions. He and his lovely wife call Brighton home and when he is not working with clients and their business, he is at work on the family orchard.
