You're just a click away from the ease and convenience of online banking and account access. To enroll in Online Banking, click here and follow the Enroll link at top right.  Here’s just the beginning of all you can do from the convenience of your desktop or laptop computer with Internet access:

  • View current account balances, including collected or uncollected funds.
  • Review complete account history.
  • Transfer money among your First National Bank accounts.
  • Set up e-Alerts to make you aware when your account(s) hits a specific balance, when a certain check clears, if a direct deposit posts and more.

First National Mobile

Enjoy the convenience and mobility to manage your finances wherever you are, whenever you want from your mobile device with First National Mobile. Three mobile banking modes make accessibility easy:

  1. Downloadable Applications (Apps) – device specific applications (apps) that reside on your phone generally provide the richest mobile online banking experience. 
    Get the iPhone App or Android App now.
  2. Mobile Banking – provides maximum access to your accounts via a mobile web browser designed for mobile devices – it's online banking designed for your mobile device.  Review balances, recent transactions, make transfers, view alerts, and even pay bills all in a simple, secure mobile environment.  Also view all branch locations and phone numbers.  Enroll now by logging in to online banking, selecting “Options” then “Mobile Options” then selecting “Web Mobile Settings”.  Once enrolled, simply visit on your web enabled mobile device.
  3. Text Banking – access your accounts via text messages on your mobile device.  The fastest, easiest mode to obtain account balances and history (the last four items in the account history).  Enroll now by logging in to online banking, selecting “Options” then “Mobile Settings”, then selecting “Text Mobile Settings”.
    Text these commands to 89549....
    = All (enrolled) Account Balances
        Bal Account Name
    = Account balance for that account
    = Recent activity for all (enrolled) accounts  
        Hist Account Name = Recent activity for that account
        Help = Commands
    = Cancel

Enjoy the convenience, privacy, speed and security of e-Statements, free from First National Bank!  Instead of receiving your statement in your postal mail, you’ll receive an e-mail letting you know your e-Statement (or an account notice) is ready to view.  To view, print or save it, just log-in to Online Banking and click on the e-Statement tab.  It’s that simple!

Enrolling in e-Statements is just as easy. Log-in to Online Banking and select the e-Statement tab.  Select the account you wish to enroll, review and accept the disclosure/agreement – you’re enrolled!  Note that you need to select and enroll each account individually to receive e-Statements and notices for that account.

e-Statement FAQs

Is there a fee for e-Statements?
No. e-Statements are FREE at First National Bank.

Will I get a separate e-Statement for each of my accounts?
Yes, unless you combine statements for multiple accounts. Combining statements allows you to see all your accounts on one, easy-to-read statement.

How long will my statements be online?
Statements remain online for 24 months, giving you a significant timeframe of transaction history at your fingertips.

Can I get copies of my checks?
If you currently receive images of your checks with your paper statement, you will continue to receive images of your checks. This is a free service when you receive e-Statements. Check images are also available by clicking on the check number in your account transaction history within Online Banking. 

How will I know when my e-Statements are ready?
You will receive an e-mail notice when your statements are ready to view. Then, just log-in to Online Banking, select the e-Statement tab, then select the account to see the statement for that account.  You will also receive an email for notices on your account as they are generated.

Do I need a special program to view my statements?
Yes, you will need Adobe Reader to view your statements.

Can I save my statements?
Yes, you can save the statements on your computer, print them or save them to a disk.

Will I stop getting paper statements?
Your paper statements end when e-Statements begin on the next statement cycle.

Can I go back to paper statements?
Contact branch staff at least 10 days prior to statement print date to discontinue use of e-Statements and return to paper statements.

Can I download my e-Statement to another program?
Transactions from your account history can be downloaded to Quicken, Microsoft Money or Microsoft Excel from within Online Banking.

First Phone Banking

Bank when and where you want, 24/7, with a touchtone phone, your account number and a First Phone Banking PIN.

  • Make account balance inquiries on deposits and loans.
  • LIsten to a description of the last 18 transactions on your account (six at a time).
  • Verify deposits, electronic fund transfers and ATM transactions.
  • Make transfers and loan payments.

Phone banking is simple and easy to use. Call 517.548.6451 or 800.317.0538.

Have your account number(s) ready—they’re at the top right-hand corner of your statement or the bottom of your check—and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Wait for the greeting and follow the simple instructions. Make a selection from the opening menu by pressing a number on your telephone keypad.

To get started, Press 1 for Account Access, then enter your verification information.
