YouWill Need A Confirmation Code When Calling for Account Info
Confirmation Code Works Like a Password
First National has implemented a ‘confirmation code’ that will work like a password when you call us. You will use this to help validate your identity when you call the bank to request account information or transactions by phone.
Staff will ask you to select a code or password that will be placed on your account. Then, any time you call the bank, you will always be asked a few questions to confirm your identity - one of the questions will be for you to confirm your code or password.
Remember, while we are always pleased to assist you, the mostconvenient – AND SECURE means to get account information or make transactions isusing Phone Banking, Online Banking or the Mobile app.
What would you like your code to be...? it can be up to 15characters, including numbers and letters.
