  • Text Banking – The fastest, easiest mode to obtain account balances and history. Access your accounts via text messages on your mobile device. Activating Text Banking is simple:

    1.) Log-in to Online Banking, select Options, then select Mobile Settings, and select Text Mobile Settings and complete the few fields.

    2.) Once activated, using Text Banking is just as simple. Just text these commands to 89549....

    Bal = All (enrolled) Account Balances 
    Bal Account Name = Account balance for that account 
    Hist = Recent activity for all (enrolled) accounts 
    Hist Account Name = Recent activity for that account 
    Help = Commands 
    Stop = Cancel

Note that the maximum online bill pay payment is $9,999.99 and payments cannot be made to the IRS, to a state or local municipality for property taxes or for court-ordered payments.

Enjoy the speed, convenience, privacy, and security of e-Delivery for your periodic Account Activity Statements and Account Notices. Best of all it's free! Instead of waiting for your statement to arrive by postal mail, you’ll receive an e-mail letting you know that an e-Statement or account notice is ready to view. To view, print or save it, just log-in to Online Banking and click on the e-Delivery tab. It’s that simple!

Signing up for e-Delivery of your Account Statements and Notices is simple…

  1. Log-in (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) (Opens in a new Window) to Online Banking;
  2. Select the e-Delivery tab then select sign-up;
  3. Select the account(s) you wish to enroll for e-Statements;
  4. Review and accept the disclosure/agreement – you’re enrolled!

Important notes about signing up:

  • You will select a ‘security phrase’ when you sign up. You will see this ‘security phrase’ in each email regarding e-Statements. When you see the phrase, you know the e-Statement email is authentic.

  • Within the e-Delivery tab in Online Banking, you will also identify the ‘Account Notices’ that you wish to receive electronically. We encourage you to receive all your account notices electronically for the fastest, safest manner to receive information about your account.

  • Designate additional recipients… Have someone else who needs to review your account statement or needs to know about account notices? You may designate up to 3 additional recipients to receive e-Statements and/or notices.

    1.) Provide their email address;
    2.) Assign them a username and access PIN.

    Once set-up, your additional recipients will receive an email with a password protected PDF file of the statement. Using the username and access PIN you assigned to them, the recipient can access the statement or notice without logging in to Online Banking.

  • You must confirm your ability to receive and view Adobe PDF files... when you sign up, you will need to confirm your ability to receive and view PDF files - just enter the code within the PDF within the enrollment confirmation.

Phone Banking is a simple way to quickly access your account. Using the touch tones from your phone or voice commands, you can access your savings, checking or loan balances, hear a list of recent transactions, transfer funds, make loan payments, activate and manage debit cards, even place a stop pay and more.

Using Phone Banking:

Call 517.548.6451 or toll free (outside Livingston County) 800.317.0538.
Enter your account number and Phone Banking PIN and follow the prompts for the access you desire.


Touch Tone or Voice Activation

Phone Banking’s standard is to have you press the numerals on your phone key pad (touch tone entries). You can also use ‘voice’ commands. Just press 8 then * to use voice commands.


Phone Banking Guide (Codes)

1 = Balances (on savings, checking, loans)

2 = Account History (recent transactions on saving, checking, loans)

3 = Transfer Funds or Make a Payment (transfer now, schedule or make payments)

4 = Account Info by Email (have list of recent activity emailed to email address on file)

5 = Future Dated Transactions (hear pending credits to your account)

6 = Card Services (activate new debit cards or deactive lost/stolen cards)

7 = Stop Payments (place stops or make stop pay inquiry)

8 = Change Overdraft Options

9 = More Options (change PIN, merchant check verification)


Phone Banking Shortcuts

The # sign is not necessary after each entry

Use * as a decimal when entering amounts

Press # to repeat an option

Press 1 then * for help

Press 3 then * to return to the main menu

Press 7 then * to end your call or just hang up

Press 8 then * to switch to voice commands

Press 9 then * to enter a different account number
